How do I best enjoy these electrolytes?

Mix one scoop with 600ml (20oz) of water into a clean cup or bottle. Shake or stir well. If you are using our first batch formula, remember to swish your cup if you let it sit for a few minutes to keep those minerals suspended.

Will electrolytes cause stomach upset?

We specifically use mineral citrates for potassium, magnesium, and calcium because they are highly bioavailable and generally gentler on the digestive system than cheaper alternatives like oxides.

Because Purely Electrolytes Hydration Formula is highly potent (containing 700mg of potassium and 150mg of Magnesium per serving) we recommend mixing it with at least 600ml of water. If you have a sensitive stomach or are new to high-dose electrolytes, try starting with a half-scoop to allow your body to adjust to the mineral density.

Why does the mix settle at the bottom of my bottle?

As a small-batch, founder-led company, transparency is at our core. For our very first 1,000-unit soft launch, we utilized a specific form of citrate (anhydrous) that provides the high-potency minerals we require but tends to settle if left to sit for a few minutes.

Does this affect the quality?
